From start to finish the whole experience was top class. The bar area is relaxed and there’s a snooker table if you fancy a game before or after you shoot. The shooting experience itself was absolutely brilliant. Our instructor Becky was ultra professional and took us through a class room safety brief to learn about the gun and how the shoot itself would go. The shoot itself far exceeded my expectations. Becky helped George get set up so he could get the best out of the experience (he beat me so it definitely paid off). We had two practice rounds to get a feel for the gun and to zero in on the target. We then had three varied competition rounds which were fantastic and really challenged our capabilities. We will most definitely be going back as they offer lots of opportunities to try different disciplines. If you have any interest in shooting even if you just want to shoot air rifles I would highly recommend these guys as their knowledge and expertise is second to none. Thank you for such a great experience. It’s definitely earned me brownie points and given George something to tell his friends when he goes back to school tomorrow. And we had such a great time and really enjoyed shooting the .22 CZ Scorpion. The staff were very friendly and informative. The selection of guns to choose from was amazing. We also enjoyed hanging out in the really cool bar afterwards. Not everyday you get to sit at the bar next to a German MG42. I couldn’t recommend visiting Phoenix Range enough. I will Definitely be visiting again and thinking about becoming a member.
